Founded in 1987 to honor and preserve the heritage of this area, the Settlers Museum is a true community center. Use of our facilities is available to anyone who wishes to reserve them.

Facility Information

Our modern facility includes a picnic shelter with electricity and a source of clean water, public restrooms, plenty of room for activities of your choosing, and a horseshoe pit.

People use our facilities for all sorts of events, from classes to meetings to community events to concerts to weddings. The Settlers Museum has a flexible facility, able to accommodate a wide range of activities.

Our friendly Volunteer Staff is here to serve you. We want to partner with you to make your class or meeting a worry free event. Below you will find some steps that will help us all succeed in doing this.

Points to keep in mind:

Our facility is first come first serve, so please submit your request as early as possible. We need a minimum of fourteen (14) days of lead time to plan for your event.
A submitted request is not a guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.
Facilities requests require approval by the Director.
